BodyLove is a movement co-founded by Kathryn in 2014 and has gained more and more media attention and traction in recent months. Kathryn and Lyndi (aka Team BodyLove) run a 6 week, interactive, online course designed to educate, motivate, support and nurture you as you move from ‘dieting’ and feeling horrible – to nourishing yourself with whole foods, loving who you are, setting goals for the future and understanding your self worth.
